At the initial meeting, Dez will get to know you and find out what your desires and needs are for the project. She will collaborate with you to establish a timeline and a budget, then focus on the design of your space(s). Next, the concept development starts. When completed, DI Team will assist with managing the project ensuring that every detail is executed from sourcing materials to final installation & inspections. We create a plan, communicate it to you, the builder/contractor and all subcontractors to ensure a collaborative relationship is established with all relevant parties. We maintain constant communication with you throughout this process so you are informed but stress free, utilizing our inter-office timeline software system.
